Chapter 22
1
Phonetic (Hebrew): loֽ'-tire'eh֩ 'et-shsh֨or 'achi֜yka '֤o 'et-shseyo֙ nidּachi֔ym vehite'alּametּa֖ mehe֑m hashshe֥b tּeshshiybe֖m le'achiֽyka׃
Edified Edition (EDE)If you see your fellow Israelite's ox or sheep straying, do not ignore it but be sure to take it back to its owner.

לֹֽא־תִרְאֶה֩ אֶת־שׁ֨וֹר אָחִ֜יךָ א֤וֹ אֶת־שֵׂיוֹ֙ נִדָּחִ֔ים וְהִתְעַלַּמְתָּ֖ מֵהֶ֑ם הָשֵׁ֥ב תְּשִׁיבֵ֖ם לְאָחִֽיךָ׃

2
Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'im-lo֨ qar֥ob 'achi֛yka 'ele֖yka velo֣ yeda'etּ֑o va'asapetּo֙ 'el-tּ֣oke bּeyte֔ka vehaya֣h 'imּeka֗ 'a֣d dּero֤shsh 'achi֨yka֙ 'ot֔o vahashshebot֖o lֽo׃
Edified Edition (EDE)If they do not live near you or if you do not know who owns it, take it home with you and keep it until they come looking for it. Then give it back.

וְאִם־לֹ֨א קָר֥וֹב אָחִ֛יךָ אֵלֶ֖יךָ וְלֹ֣א יְדַעְתּ֑וֹ וַאֲסַפְתּוֹ֙ אֶל־תּ֣וֹךְ בֵּיתֶ֔ךָ וְהָיָ֣ה עִמְּךָ֗ עַ֣ד דְּרֹ֤שׁ אָחִ֨יךָ֙ אֹת֔וֹ וַהֲשֵׁבֹת֖וֹ לֽוֹ׃

3
Phonetic (Hebrew): veke֧n tּa'ashse֣h lachamor֗o veke֣n tּa'ashseh֮ leshsimelato֒ veke֣n tּa'ashse֜h lekal-'abeda֥t 'achi֛yka 'ashsher-tּo'ba֥d mimּe֖nּu umetza'ta֑hּ lo֥ tuka֖l lehite'alּeֽm׃s
Edified Edition (EDE)Do the same if you find their donkey or cloak or anything else they have lost. Do not ignore it.

וְכֵ֧ן תַּעֲשֶׂ֣ה לַחֲמֹר֗וֹ וְכֵ֣ן תַּעֲשֶׂה֮ לְשִׂמְלָתוֹ֒ וְכֵ֣ן תַּעֲשֶׂ֜ה לְכָל־אֲבֵדַ֥ת אָחִ֛יךָ אֲשֶׁר־תֹּאבַ֥ד מִמֶּ֖נּוּ וּמְצָאתָ֑הּ לֹ֥א תוּכַ֖ל לְהִתְעַלֵּֽם׃ס

Phonetic (Hebrew): lo'-tire'eh֩ 'et-cham֨or 'achi֜yka '֤o shshoro֙ nopeli֣ym bּadּe֔reke vehite'alּametּa֖ mehe֑m haqe֥m tּaqi֖ym 'imּֽo׃s
Edified Edition (EDE)If you see your fellow Israelite's donkey or ox fallen on the road, do not ignore it. Help the owner get it to its feet.

לֹא־תִרְאֶה֩ אֶת־חֲמ֨וֹר אָחִ֜יךָ א֤וֹ שׁוֹרוֹ֙ נֹפְלִ֣ים בַּדֶּ֔רֶךְ וְהִתְעַלַּמְתָּ֖ מֵהֶ֑ם הָקֵ֥ם תָּקִ֖ים עִמּֽוֹ׃ס

5
Phonetic (Hebrew): lo'-yiheye֤h keliy-ge֨ber֙ 'al-'ishshּa֔h velo'-yilebּa֥shsh gּe֖ber shsimela֣t 'ishshּa֑h kּi֧y to'aba֛t yehva֥h 'elohe֖yka kּal-'o֥shseh 'eֽlּeh׃p
Edified Edition (EDE)A woman must not wear men's clothing, nor a man wear women's clothing, for the LORD your God detests anyone who does this.

לֹא־יִהְיֶ֤ה כְלִי־גֶ֨בֶר֙ עַל־אִשָּׁ֔ה וְלֹא־יִלְבַּ֥שׁ גֶּ֖בֶר שִׂמְלַ֣ת אִשָּׁ֑ה כִּ֧י תוֹעֲבַ֛ת יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ כָּל־עֹ֥שֵׂה אֵֽלֶּה׃פ

6
Phonetic (Hebrew): kּi֣y yiqּare֣ qan-tzipּ֣or ׀ lepane֡yka bּadּe֜reke bּekal-'e֣tz ׀ '֣o 'al-ha'a֗retz 'eperochiym֙ '֣o beytzi֔ym veha'e֤m robe֨tzet֙ 'al-haֽ'eperochi֔ym '֖o 'al-habּeytzi֑ym lo'-tiqּa֥ch ha'e֖m 'al-habּaniֽym׃
Edified Edition (EDE)If you come across a bird's nest beside the road, either in a tree or on the ground, and the mother is sitting on the young or on the eggs, do not take the mother with the young.

כִּ֣י יִקָּרֵ֣א קַן־צִפּ֣וֹר ׀ לְפָנֶ֡יךָ בַּדֶּ֜רֶךְ בְּכָל־עֵ֣ץ ׀ א֣וֹ עַל־הָאָ֗רֶץ אֶפְרֹחִים֙ א֣וֹ בֵיצִ֔ים וְהָאֵ֤ם רֹבֶ֨צֶת֙ עַל־הָֽאֶפְרֹחִ֔ים א֖וֹ עַל־הַבֵּיצִ֑ים לֹא־תִקַּ֥ח הָאֵ֖ם עַל־הַבָּנִֽים׃

7
Phonetic (Hebrew): shshalּe֤cha tּeshshalּach֙ 'et-ha'e֔m ve'et-habּani֖ym tּiֽqּaֽch-la֑ke lema֨'an֙ yi֣ytab la֔ke veha'araketּa֖ yamiֽym׃s
Edified Edition (EDE)You may take the young, but be sure to let the mother go, so that it may go well with you and you may have a long life.

שַׁלֵּ֤חַ תְּשַׁלַּח֙ אֶת־הָאֵ֔ם וְאֶת־הַבָּנִ֖ים תִּֽקַּֽח־לָ֑ךְ לְמַ֨עַן֙ יִ֣יטַב לָ֔ךְ וְהַאֲרַכְתָּ֖ יָמִֽים׃ס

8
Phonetic (Hebrew): kּi֤y tibeneh֙ bּa֣yit chada֔shsh ve'ashsi֥yta ma'aqe֖h legagּe֑ka veloֽ'-tashsi֤ym dּamiym֙ bּebeyte֔ka kּiֽy-yipּo֥l hanּope֖l mimּeֽnּu׃s
Edified Edition (EDE)When you build a new house, make a parapet around your roof so that you may not bring the guilt of bloodshed on your house if someone falls from the roof.

כִּ֤י תִבְנֶה֙ בַּ֣יִת חָדָ֔שׁ וְעָשִׂ֥יתָ מַעֲקֶ֖ה לְגַגֶּ֑ךָ וְלֹֽא־תָשִׂ֤ים דָּמִים֙ בְּבֵיתֶ֔ךָ כִּֽי־יִפֹּ֥ל הַנֹּפֵ֖ל מִמֶּֽנּוּ׃ס

9
Phonetic (Hebrew): lo'-tizera֥ kּaremeka֖ kּile'a֑yim pּen-tּiqedּa֗shsh haֽmele'a֤h hazּe֨ra'֙ 'ashshe֣r tּizera֔ utebu'a֖t hakּaֽrem׃s
Edified Edition (EDE)Do not plant two kinds of seed in your vineyard; if you do, not only the crops you plant but also the fruit of the vineyard will be defiled.

לֹא־תִזְרַ֥ע כַּרְמְךָ֖ כִּלְאָ֑יִם פֶּן־תִּקְדַּ֗שׁ הַֽמְלֵאָ֤ה הַזֶּ֨רַע֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר תִּזְרָ֔ע וּתְבוּאַ֖ת הַכָּֽרֶם׃ס

10
Phonetic (Hebrew): loֽ'-tacharo֥shsh bּeshshor-ubachamo֖r yachedּaֽv׃s
Edified Edition (EDE)Do not plough with an ox and a donkey yoked together.

לֹֽא־תַחֲרֹ֥שׁ בְּשׁוֹר־וּבַחֲמֹ֖ר יַחְדָּֽו׃ס

11
Phonetic (Hebrew): lo֤ tilebּashsh֙ shshaֽ'atene֔z tze֥mer upishshetּi֖ym yachedּaֽv׃s
Edified Edition (EDE)Do not wear clothes of wool and linen woven together.

לֹ֤א תִלְבַּשׁ֙ שַֽׁעַטְנֵ֔ז צֶ֥מֶר וּפִשְׁתִּ֖ים יַחְדָּֽו׃ס

12
Phonetic (Hebrew): gּedili֖ym tּa'ashseh-lּa֑ke 'al-'arebּa֛ kּanep֥ot kּesuteka֖ 'ashshe֥r tּekasּeh-bּaֽhּ׃s
Edified Edition (EDE)Make tassels on the four corners of the cloak you wear.

גְּדִלִ֖ים תַּעֲשֶׂה־לָּ֑ךְ עַל־אַרְבַּ֛ע כַּנְפ֥וֹת כְּסוּתְךָ֖ אֲשֶׁ֥ר תְּכַסֶּה־בָּֽהּ׃ס

13
Phonetic (Hebrew): kּiֽy-yiqּa֥ch 'i֖yshsh 'ishshּa֑h uba֥ 'ele֖yha ushsene'aֽhּ׃
Edified Edition (EDE)If a man takes a wife and, after sleeping with her, dislikes her

כִּֽי־יִקַּ֥ח אִ֖ישׁ אִשָּׁ֑ה וּבָ֥א אֵלֶ֖יהָ וּשְׂנֵאָֽהּ׃

14
Phonetic (Hebrew): veshsa֥m lahּ֙ 'aliylo֣t dּebari֔ym vehotzi֥y 'ale֖yha shshe֣m ra֑ ve'ama֗r 'et-ha'ishshּa֤h hazּo't֙ laqa֔chetּiy va'eqera֣b 'ele֔yha velo'-matza֥'tiy la֖hּ bּetuliֽym׃
Edified Edition (EDE)and slanders her and gives her a bad name, saying, "I married this woman, but when I approached her, I did not find proof of her virginity,"

וְשָׂ֥ם לָהּ֙ עֲלִילֹ֣ת דְּבָרִ֔ים וְהוֹצִ֥יא עָלֶ֖יהָ שֵׁ֣ם רָ֑ע וְאָמַ֗ר אֶת־הָאִשָּׁ֤ה הַזֹּאת֙ לָקַ֔חְתִּי וָאֶקְרַ֣ב אֵלֶ֔יהָ וְלֹא־מָצָ֥אתִי לָ֖הּ בְּתוּלִֽים׃

15
Phonetic (Hebrew): velaqa֛ch 'abi֥y hn'r haֽnּa'ara֖h ve'imּa֑hּ vehotzi֜y'u 'et-bּetule֧y hn'r haֽnּa'ara֛h 'el-ziqene֥y ha'i֖yr hashshּaֽ'erah׃
Edified Edition (EDE)then the young woman's father and mother shall bring to the town elders at the gate proof that she was a virgin.

וְלָקַ֛ח אֲבִ֥י הנער הַֽנַּעֲרָ֖ה וְאִמָּ֑הּ וְהוֹצִ֜יאוּ אֶת־בְּתוּלֵ֧י הנער הַֽנַּעֲרָ֛ה אֶל־זִקְנֵ֥י הָעִ֖יר הַשָּֽׁעְרָה׃

16
Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'ama֛r 'abi֥y hn'r haֽnּa'ara֖h 'el-hazּeqeni֑ym 'et-bּitּi֗y nata֜tּiy la'i֥yshsh hazּe֛h le'ishshּa֖h vayּishsena'eֽha׃
Edified Edition (EDE)Her father will say to the elders, "I gave my daughter in marriage to this man, but he dislikes her.

וְאָמַ֛ר אֲבִ֥י הנער הַֽנַּעַרָ֖ה אֶל־הַזְּקֵנִ֑ים אֶת־בִּתִּ֗י נָתַ֜תִּי לָאִ֥ישׁ הַזֶּ֛ה לְאִשָּׁ֖ה וַיִּשְׂנָאֶֽהָ׃

17
Phonetic (Hebrew): vehinּeh-h֡u shsam֩ 'aliylo֨t dּebari֜ym le'mo֗r loֽ'-matza֤'tiy lebitּeka֙ bּetuli֔ym ve'e֖lּeh bּetule֣y bitּi֑y upֽareshsu֙ hashsּimela֔h lipene֖y ziqene֥y ha'iֽyr׃
Edified Edition (EDE)Now he has slandered her and said, 'I did not find your daughter to be a virgin.' But here is the proof of my daughter's virginity." Then her parents shall display the cloth before the elders of the town,

וְהִנֵּה־ה֡וּא שָׂם֩ עֲלִילֹ֨ת דְּבָרִ֜ים לֵאמֹ֗ר לֹֽא־מָצָ֤אתִי לְבִתְּךָ֙ בְּתוּלִ֔ים וְאֵ֖לֶּה בְּתוּלֵ֣י בִתִּ֑י וּפָֽרְשׂוּ֙ הַשִּׂמְלָ֔ה לִפְנֵ֖י זִקְנֵ֥י הָעִֽיר׃

18
Phonetic (Hebrew): velaֽqech֛u ziqene֥y haֽ'iyr-hahi֖v 'et-ha'i֑yshsh veyisּer֖u 'otֽo׃
Edified Edition (EDE)and the elders shall take the man and punish him.

וְלָֽקְח֛וּ זִקְנֵ֥י הָֽעִיר־הַהִ֖וא אֶת־הָאִ֑ישׁ וְיִסְּר֖וּ אֹתֽוֹ׃

19
Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'aneshsh֨u 'ot֜o me֣'ah ke֗sep venatenu֙ la'abi֣y haֽnּa'ara֔h kּi֤y hotziy'֙ shshe֣m ra֔ 'a֖l bּetula֣t yishsera'e֑l velֽo-tiheye֣h le'ishshּa֔h lo'-yuka֥l leshshּalּecha֖hּ kּal-yamaֽyv׃s
Edified Edition (EDE)They shall fine him a hundred shekels of silver and give them to the young woman's father, because this man has given an Israelite virgin a bad name. She shall continue to be his wife; he must not divorce her as long as he lives.

וְעָנְשׁ֨וּ אֹת֜וֹ מֵ֣אָה כֶ֗סֶף וְנָתְנוּ֙ לַאֲבִ֣י הַֽנַּעֲרָ֔ה כִּ֤י הוֹצִיא֙ שֵׁ֣ם רָ֔ע עַ֖ל בְּתוּלַ֣ת יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל וְלֽוֹ־תִהְיֶ֣ה לְאִשָּׁ֔ה לֹא־יוּכַ֥ל לְשַּׁלְּחָ֖הּ כָּל־יָמָֽיו׃ס

20
Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'im-'eme֣t haya֔h hadּaba֖r hazּe֑h lo'-nimetze'֥u betuli֖ym ln'r laֽnּa'araֽh׃
Edified Edition (EDE)If, however, the charge is true and no proof of the young woman's virginity can be found,

וְאִם־אֱמֶ֣ת הָיָ֔ה הַדָּבָ֖ר הַזֶּ֑ה לֹא־נִמְצְא֥וּ בְתוּלִ֖ים לנער לַֽנַּעֲרָֽה׃

21
Phonetic (Hebrew): vehotzi֨y'u 'et-hn'r haֽnּa'ara֜h 'el-pּe֣tach bּeyt-'abi֗yha useqaluha֩ 'aneshshe֨y 'iyra֤hּ bּa'abaniym֙ vame֔tah kּiֽy-'ashseta֤h nebalah֙ bּeyishsera'e֔l lizen֖ot bּe֣yt 'abi֑yha ubiֽ'aretּa֥ hara֖ miqּirebּeֽka׃s
Edified Edition (EDE)she shall be brought to the door of her father's house and there the men of his town shall stone her to death. She has done an outrageous thing in Israel by being promiscuous while still in her father's house. You must purge the evil from among you.

וְהוֹצִ֨יאוּ אֶת־הנער הַֽנַּעֲרָ֜ה אֶל־פֶּ֣תַח בֵּית־אָבִ֗יהָ וּסְקָלוּהָ֩ אַנְשֵׁ֨י עִירָ֤הּ בָּאֲבָנִים֙ וָמֵ֔תָה כִּֽי־עָשְׂתָ֤ה נְבָלָה֙ בְּיִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל לִזְנ֖וֹת בֵּ֣ית אָבִ֑יהָ וּבִֽעַרְתָּ֥ הָרָ֖ע מִקִּרְבֶּֽךָ׃ס

22
Phonetic (Hebrew): kּiֽy-yimּatze֨ 'i֜yshsh shshoke֣b ׀ 'im-'ishshּa֣h be'uֽlat-bּa֗'al ume֨tu֙ gּam-shsheneyhe֔m ha'i֛yshsh hashshּoke֥b 'im-ha'ishshּa֖h veha'ishshּa֑h ubiֽ'aretּa֥ hara֖ miyּishsera'eֽl׃s
Edified Edition (EDE)If a man is found sleeping with another man's wife, both the man who slept with her and the woman must die. You must purge the evil from Israel.

כִּֽי־יִמָּצֵ֨א אִ֜ישׁ שֹׁכֵ֣ב ׀ עִם־אִשָּׁ֣ה בְעֻֽלַת־בַּ֗עַל וּמֵ֨תוּ֙ גַּם־שְׁנֵיהֶ֔ם הָאִ֛ישׁ הַשֹּׁכֵ֥ב עִם־הָאִשָּׁ֖ה וְהָאִשָּׁ֑ה וּבִֽעַרְתָּ֥ הָרָ֖ע מִיִּשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ס

23
Phonetic (Hebrew): kּi֤y yiheyeh֙ n'r na'ara֣h betula֔h me'orashsa֖h le'i֑yshsh umetza'a֥hּ 'i֛yshsh bּa'i֖yr veshshaka֥b 'imּaֽhּ׃
Edified Edition (EDE)If a man happens to meet in a town a virgin pledged to be married and he sleeps with her,

כִּ֤י יִהְיֶה֙ נער נַעֲרָ֣ה בְתוּלָ֔ה מְאֹרָשָׂ֖ה לְאִ֑ישׁ וּמְצָאָ֥הּ אִ֛ישׁ בָּעִ֖יר וְשָׁכַ֥ב עִמָּֽהּ׃

24
Phonetic (Hebrew): vehotze'te֨m 'et-shsheneyhe֜m 'el-shsha֣'ar ׀ ha'i֣yr hahi֗v useqaletּe֨m 'ota֥m bּa'abaniym֮ vametu֒ 'et-hn'r haֽnּa'ara֗h 'al-dּebar֙ 'ashshe֣r lo'-tza'aqa֣h ba'i֔yr ve'e֨t-ha'i֔yshsh 'al-dּeba֥r 'ashsher-'inּa֖h 'et-'e֣shshet re'e֑hu ubiֽ'aretּa֥ hara֖ miqּirebּeֽka׃s
Edified Edition (EDE)you shall take both of them to the gate of that town and stone them to death, the young woman because she was in a town and did not scream for help, and the man because he violated another man's wife. You must purge the evil from among you.

וְהוֹצֵאתֶ֨ם אֶת־שְׁנֵיהֶ֜ם אֶל־שַׁ֣עַר ׀ הָעִ֣יר הַהִ֗וא וּסְקַלְתֶּ֨ם אֹתָ֥ם בָּאֲבָנִים֮ וָמֵתוּ֒ אֶת־הנער הַֽנַּעֲרָ֗ה עַל־דְּבַר֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר לֹא־צָעֲקָ֣ה בָעִ֔יר וְאֶ֨ת־הָאִ֔ישׁ עַל־דְּבַ֥ר אֲשֶׁר־עִנָּ֖ה אֶת־אֵ֣שֶׁת רֵעֵ֑הוּ וּבִֽעַרְתָּ֥ הָרָ֖ע מִקִּרְבֶּֽךָ׃ס

25
Phonetic (Hebrew): veֽ'im-bּashsּade֞h yimetza֣ ha'i֗yshsh 'et-hn'r haֽnּa'arah֙ hame'o֣rashsa֔h vehecheziֽyq-bּa֥hּ ha'i֖yshsh veshshaka֣b 'imּa֑hּ ume֗t ha'i֛yshsh 'ashsher-shshaka֥b 'imּa֖hּ lebadּֽo׃
Edified Edition (EDE)But if out in the country a man happens to meet a young woman pledged to be married and rapes her, only the man who has done this shall die.

וְֽאִם־בַּשָּׂדֶ֞ה יִמְצָ֣א הָאִ֗ישׁ אֶת־הנער הַֽנַּעֲרָה֙ הַמְאֹ֣רָשָׂ֔ה וְהֶחֱזִֽיק־בָּ֥הּ הָאִ֖ישׁ וְשָׁכַ֣ב עִמָּ֑הּ וּמֵ֗ת הָאִ֛ישׁ אֲשֶׁר־שָׁכַ֥ב עִמָּ֖הּ לְבַדּֽוֹ׃

26
Phonetic (Hebrew): vln'r velaֽnּa'arah֙ lo'-ta'ashse֣h daba֔r 'e֥yn ln'r laֽnּa'ara֖h che֣te ma֑vet kּi֡y kּa'ashsher֩ yaq֨um 'i֤yshsh 'al-re'e֨hu֙ uretzach֣o ne֔peshsh kּe֖n hadּaba֥r hazּeֽh׃
Edified Edition (EDE)Do nothing to the woman; she has committed no sin deserving death. This case is like that of someone who attacks and murders a neighbour,

ולנער וְלַֽנַּעֲרָה֙ לֹא־תַעֲשֶׂ֣ה דָבָ֔ר אֵ֥ין לנער לַֽנַּעֲרָ֖ה חֵ֣טְא מָ֑וֶת כִּ֡י כַּאֲשֶׁר֩ יָק֨וּם אִ֤ישׁ עַל־רֵעֵ֨הוּ֙ וּרְצָח֣וֹ נֶ֔פֶשׁ כֵּ֖ן הַדָּבָ֥ר הַזֶּֽה׃

27
Phonetic (Hebrew): kּi֥y bashsּade֖h metza'a֑hּ tza'aqa֗h hn'r haֽnּa'arah֙ hame'o֣rashsa֔h ve'e֥yn moshshi֖y'a laֽhּ׃s
Edified Edition (EDE)for the man found the young woman out in the country, and though the betrothed woman screamed, there was no one to rescue her.

כִּ֥י בַשָּׂדֶ֖ה מְצָאָ֑הּ צָעֲקָ֗ה הנער הַֽנַּעֲרָה֙ הַמְאֹ֣רָשָׂ֔ה וְאֵ֥ין מוֹשִׁ֖יעַ לָֽהּ׃ס

28
Phonetic (Hebrew): kּiֽy-yimetza֣ 'i֗yshsh n'r na'ara֤h betulah֙ 'ashshe֣r lo'-'ora֔shsah utepashsa֖hּ veshshaka֣b 'imּa֑hּ venimetzaֽ'u׃
Edified Edition (EDE)If a man happens to meet a virgin who is not pledged to be married and seizes her and lies with her, and they are discovered,

כִּֽי־יִמְצָ֣א אִ֗ישׁ נער נַעֲרָ֤ה בְתוּלָה֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר לֹא־אֹרָ֔שָׂה וּתְפָשָׂ֖הּ וְשָׁכַ֣ב עִמָּ֑הּ וְנִמְצָֽאוּ׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): ve֠natan ha'i֨yshsh hashshּoke֥b 'imּa֛hּ la'abi֥y hn'r haֽnּa'ara֖h chamishshּi֣ym kּa֑sep velֽo-tiheye֣h le'ishshּa֗h tּa֚chat 'ashshe֣r 'inּa֔hּ lo'-yuka֥l shshalּecha֖h kּal-yamaֽyv׃s
Edified Edition (EDE)he shall pay her father fifty shekels of silver. He must marry the young woman, for he has violated her. He can never divorce her as long as he lives.

וְ֠נָתַן הָאִ֨ישׁ הַשֹּׁכֵ֥ב עִמָּ֛הּ לַאֲבִ֥י הנער הַֽנַּעֲרָ֖ה חֲמִשִּׁ֣ים כָּ֑סֶף וְלֽוֹ־תִהְיֶ֣ה לְאִשָּׁ֗ה תַּ֚חַת אֲשֶׁ֣ר עִנָּ֔הּ לֹא־יוּכַ֥ל שַׁלְּחָ֖ה כָּל־יָמָֽיו׃ס
