Chapter 25

Phonetic (Hebrew): vayedabּe֥r yehva֖h 'el-moshshe֥h lּe'moֽr׃

Edified Edition (EDE)the LORD said to Moses,

וַיְדַבֵּ֥ר יְהוָ֖ה אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֥ה לֵּאמֹֽר׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): dּabּer֙ 'el-bּene֣y yishsera'e֔l veyiqechu-li֖y tּeruma֑h me'e֤t kּal-'iyshsh֙ 'ashshe֣r yidּebe֣nּu libּ֔o tּiqech֖u 'et-tּerumatiֽy׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Tell the Israelites to bring me a [1] (contribution). You are to receive the offering for me from everyone whose heart prompts them to give."

דַּבֵּר֙ אֶל־בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל וְיִקְחוּ־לִ֖י תְּרוּמָ֑ה מֵאֵ֤ת כָּל־אִישׁ֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר יִדְּבֶ֣נּוּ לִבּ֔וֹ תִּקְח֖וּ אֶת־תְּרוּמָתִֽי׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): vezo't֙ hatּeruma֔h 'ashshe֥r tּiqech֖u me'itּa֑m zaha֥b vake֖sep unechoֽshshet׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"These are the contributions you are to receive from them: gold, silver and bronze;"

וְזֹאת֙ הַתְּרוּמָ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֥ר תִּקְח֖וּ מֵאִתָּ֑ם זָהָ֥ב וָכֶ֖סֶף וּנְחֹֽשֶׁת׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): uteke֧let ve'aregּama֛n vetola֥'at shshani֖y veshshe֥shsh ve'izּiֽym׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"blue, purple and scarlet yarn and fine linen; goat hair;"

וּתְכֵ֧לֶת וְאַרְגָּמָ֛ן וְתוֹלַ֥עַת שָׁנִ֖י וְשֵׁ֥שׁ וְעִזִּֽים׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'oro֨t 'eyli֧m me'adּami֛ym ve'oro֥t tּechashshi֖ym va'atze֥y shshitּiֽym׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"ram skins dyed red and another type of durable leather; [2] (acacia wood);"

וְעֹרֹ֨ת אֵילִ֧ם מְאָדָּמִ֛ים וְעֹרֹ֥ת תְּחָשִׁ֖ים וַעֲצֵ֥י שִׁטִּֽים׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): shshe֖men lamּa'o֑r bּeshsamiym֙ leshshe֣men hamּishshecha֔h veliqeto֖ret hasּamּiֽym׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"olive oil for the light; spices for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense;"

שֶׁ֖מֶן לַמָּאֹ֑ר בְּשָׂמִים֙ לְשֶׁ֣מֶן הַמִּשְׁחָ֔ה וְלִקְטֹ֖רֶת הַסַּמִּֽים׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): abeney-shsho֕ham ve'abene֖y milּu'i֑ym la'epo֖d velachoֽshshen׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"and onyx stones and other gems to be mounted on the ephod and breastpiece."

אַבְנֵי־שֹׁ֕הַם וְאַבְנֵ֖י מִלֻּאִ֑ים לָאֵפֹ֖ד וְלַחֹֽשֶׁן׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'a֥shsu li֖y miqedּa֑shsh veshshakanetּi֖y bּetokaֽm׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Then have them make a [3] (sanctuary) for me, and I will dwell among them."

וְעָ֥שׂוּ לִ֖י מִקְדָּ֑שׁ וְשָׁכַנְתִּ֖י בְּתוֹכָֽם׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): kּeko֗l 'ashshe֤r 'aniy֙ mare'e֣h 'oteka֔ 'e֚t tּabeni֣yt hamּishshekּa֔n ve'e֖t tּabeni֣yt kּal-kּela֑yv veke֖n tּa'ashsֽu׃s

Edified Edition (EDE)"Make this tabernacle and all its furnishings exactly like the [4] (pattern) I will show you."

כְּכֹ֗ל אֲשֶׁ֤ר אֲנִי֙ מַרְאֶ֣ה אוֹתְךָ֔ אֵ֚ת תַּבְנִ֣ית הַמִּשְׁכָּ֔ן וְאֵ֖ת תַּבְנִ֣ית כָּל־כֵּלָ֑יו וְכֵ֖ן תַּעֲשֽׂוּ׃ס

Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'ashs֥u 'ar֖on 'atze֣y shshitּi֑ym 'amּata֨yim vache֜tziy 'arekּ֗o ve'amּa֤h vache֨tziy֙ rachebּ֔o ve'amּa֥h vache֖tziy qomatֽo׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Have them make an ark of acacia wood, two and a half cubits long, a cubit and a half wide, and a cubit and a half high."

וְעָשׂ֥וּ אֲר֖וֹן עֲצֵ֣י שִׁטִּ֑ים אַמָּתַ֨יִם וָחֵ֜צִי אָרְכּ֗וֹ וְאַמָּ֤ה וָחֵ֨צִי֙ רָחְבּ֔וֹ וְאַמָּ֥ה וָחֵ֖צִי קֹמָתֽוֹ׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): vetzipּiyta֤ 'oto֙ zaha֣b tah֔or mibּa֥yit umich֖utz tּetzapּe֑nּu ve'ashsi֧yta 'ala֛yv ze֥r zaha֖b sabiֽyb׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Overlay it with pure gold, both inside and out, and make a gold moulding around it."

וְצִפִּיתָ֤ אֹתוֹ֙ זָהָ֣ב טָה֔וֹר מִבַּ֥יִת וּמִח֖וּץ תְּצַפֶּ֑נּוּ וְעָשִׂ֧יתָ עָלָ֛יו זֵ֥ר זָהָ֖ב סָבִֽיב׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): veyatza֣qetּa lּ֗o 'arebּa'֙ tabּe'o֣t zaha֔b vena֣tatּa֔h 'a֖l 'arebּa֣ pּa'amota֑yv ushshetּe֣y tabּa'o֗t 'al-tzale'o֙ haֽ'echa֔t ushshetּey֙ tabּa'o֔t 'al-tzale'֖o hashshּeniֽyt׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Cast four gold rings for it and fasten them to its four feet, with two rings on one side and two rings on the other."

וְיָצַ֣קְתָּ לּ֗וֹ אַרְבַּע֙ טַבְּעֹ֣ת זָהָ֔ב וְנָ֣תַתָּ֔ה עַ֖ל אַרְבַּ֣ע פַּעֲמֹתָ֑יו וּשְׁתֵּ֣י טַבָּעֹ֗ת עַל־צַלְעוֹ֙ הָֽאֶחָ֔ת וּשְׁתֵּי֙ טַבָּעֹ֔ת עַל־צַלְע֖וֹ הַשֵּׁנִֽית׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'ashsi֥yta badּe֖y 'atze֣y shshitּi֑ym vetzipּiyta֥ 'ota֖m zahaֽb׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Then make poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold."

וְעָשִׂ֥יתָ בַדֵּ֖י עֲצֵ֣י שִׁטִּ֑ים וְצִפִּיתָ֥ אֹתָ֖ם זָהָֽב׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): veheֽbe'ta֤ 'et-habּadּiym֙ bּatּabּa'o֔t 'a֖l tzale'o֣t ha'aro֑n lashse֥'t 'et-ha'aro֖n bּaheֽm׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Insert the poles into the rings on the sides of the ark to carry it."

וְהֵֽבֵאתָ֤ אֶת־הַבַּדִּים֙ בַּטַּבָּעֹ֔ת עַ֖ל צַלְעֹ֣ת הָאָרֹ֑ן לָשֵׂ֥את אֶת־הָאָרֹ֖ן בָּהֶֽם׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): bּetabּe'ot֙ ha'aro֔n yihey֖u habּadּi֑ym lo֥ yasu֖ru mimּeֽnּu׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"The poles are to remain in the rings of this ark; they are not to be removed."

בְּטַבְּעֹת֙ הָאָרֹ֔ן יִהְי֖וּ הַבַּדִּ֑ים לֹ֥א יָסֻ֖רוּ מִמֶּֽנּוּ׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): venatatּa֖ 'el-ha'aro֑n 'e֚t ha'edu֔t 'ashshe֥r 'etּe֖n 'eleֽyka׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Then put in the ark the tablets of the covenant law, which I will give you."

וְנָתַתָּ֖ אֶל־הָאָרֹ֑ן אֵ֚ת הָעֵדֻ֔ת אֲשֶׁ֥ר אֶתֵּ֖ן אֵלֶֽיךָ׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'ashsi֥yta kapּo֖ret zaha֣b tah֑or 'amּata֤yim vache֨tziy֙ 'arekּa֔hּ ve'amּa֥h vache֖tziy rachebּaֽhּ׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Make an [5] (atonement cover) of pure gold, two and a half cubits long and a cubit and a half wide."

וְעָשִׂ֥יתָ כַפֹּ֖רֶת זָהָ֣ב טָה֑וֹר אַמָּתַ֤יִם וָחֵ֨צִי֙ אָרְכָּ֔הּ וְאַמָּ֥ה וָחֵ֖צִי רָחְבָּֽהּ׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'ashsi֛yta shshena֥yim kּerubi֖ym zaha֑b miqeshshah֙ tּa'ashse֣h 'ota֔m mishshּene֖y qetz֥ot hakּapּoֽret׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"And make two cherubim out of hammered gold at the ends of the cover."

וְעָשִׂ֛יתָ שְׁנַ֥יִם כְּרֻבִ֖ים זָהָ֑ב מִקְשָׁה֙ תַּעֲשֶׂ֣ה אֹתָ֔ם מִשְּׁנֵ֖י קְצ֥וֹת הַכַּפֹּֽרֶת׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): va֠'ashseh kּer֨ub 'echa֤d miqּatzah֙ mizּe֔h ukerub-'echa֥d miqּatza֖h mizּe֑h min-hakּapּo֛ret tּa'ashs֥u 'et-hakּerubi֖ym 'al-shshene֥y qetzotaֽyv׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Make one cherub on one end and the second cherub on the other; make the cherubim of one piece with the cover, at the two ends."

וַ֠עֲשֵׂה כְּר֨וּב אֶחָ֤ד מִקָּצָה֙ מִזֶּ֔ה וּכְרוּב־אֶחָ֥ד מִקָּצָ֖ה מִזֶּ֑ה מִן־הַכַּפֹּ֛רֶת תַּעֲשׂ֥וּ אֶת־הַכְּרֻבִ֖ים עַל־שְׁנֵ֥י קְצוֹתָֽיו׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): vehay֣u hakּerubiym֩ pּoreshse֨y kenapa֜yim lema֗'elah sokeki֤ym bּekanepeyhem֙ 'al-hakּapּo֔ret upeneyhe֖m 'i֣yshsh 'el-'achi֑yv 'el-hakּapּo֔ret yihey֖u pּene֥y hakּerubiֽym׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"The cherubim are to have their wings spread upward, overshadowing the cover with them. The cherubim to face each other, looking toward the cover."

וְהָי֣וּ הַכְּרֻבִים֩ פֹּרְשֵׂ֨י כְנָפַ֜יִם לְמַ֗עְלָה סֹכְכִ֤ים בְּכַנְפֵיהֶם֙ עַל־הַכַּפֹּ֔רֶת וּפְנֵיהֶ֖ם אִ֣ישׁ אֶל־אָחִ֑יו אֶל־הַכַּפֹּ֔רֶת יִהְי֖וּ פְּנֵ֥י הַכְּרֻבִֽים׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): venatatּa֧ 'et-hakּapּo֛ret 'al-ha'aro֖n milema֑'elah ve'el-ha֣'aro֔n tּitּen֙ 'et-ha֣'edu֔t 'ashshe֥r 'etּe֖n 'eleֽyka׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Place the cover on top of the ark and put in the ark the tablets of the covenant law that I will give you."

וְנָתַתָּ֧ אֶת־הַכַּפֹּ֛רֶת עַל־הָאָרֹ֖ן מִלְמָ֑עְלָה וְאֶל־הָ֣אָרֹ֔ן תִּתֵּן֙ אֶת־הָ֣עֵדֻ֔ת אֲשֶׁ֥ר אֶתֵּ֖ן אֵלֶֽיךָ׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): veno'adetּi֣y leka֮ shsham֒ vedibּaretּi֨y 'itּeka֜ me'a֣l hakּapּo֗ret mibּeyn֙ shshene֣y hakּerubi֔ym 'ashshe֖r 'al-'aro֣n ha'edu֑t 'e֣t kּal-'ashshe֧r 'atzaue֛h 'oteka֖ 'el-bּene֥y yishsera'eֽl׃p

Edified Edition (EDE)"There, above the cover between the two cherubim that are over the ark of the covenant law, I will meet with you and give you all my commands for the Israelites."

וְנוֹעַדְתִּ֣י לְךָ֮ שָׁם֒ וְדִבַּרְתִּ֨י אִתְּךָ֜ מֵעַ֣ל הַכַּפֹּ֗רֶת מִבֵּין֙ שְׁנֵ֣י הַכְּרֻבִ֔ים אֲשֶׁ֖ר עַל־אֲרֹ֣ן הָעֵדֻ֑ת אֵ֣ת כָּל־אֲשֶׁ֧ר אֲצַוֶּ֛ה אוֹתְךָ֖ אֶל־בְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃פ

Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'ashsi֥yta shshulecha֖n 'atze֣y shshitּi֑ym 'amּata֤yim 'arekּo֙ ve'amּa֣h rachebּ֔o ve'amּa֥h vache֖tziy qomatֽo׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Make a table of acacia wood, two cubits long, a cubit wide and a cubit and a half high."

וְעָשִׂ֥יתָ שֻׁלְחָ֖ן עֲצֵ֣י שִׁטִּ֑ים אַמָּתַ֤יִם אָרְכּוֹ֙ וְאַמָּ֣ה רָחְבּ֔וֹ וְאַמָּ֥ה וָחֵ֖צִי קֹמָתֽוֹ׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): vetzipּiyta֥ 'ot֖o zaha֣b tah֑or ve'ashsi֥yta lּ֛o ze֥r zaha֖b sabiֽyb׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Overlay it with pure gold and make a gold moulding around it."

וְצִפִּיתָ֥ אֹת֖וֹ זָהָ֣ב טָה֑וֹר וְעָשִׂ֥יתָ לּ֛וֹ זֵ֥ר זָהָ֖ב סָבִֽיב׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'ashsi֨yta lּ֥o misegּe֛ret to֖pach sabi֑yb ve'ashsi֧yta zer-zaha֛b lemisegּaretּ֖o sabiֽyb׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Also make around it a rim a handbreadth wide and put a gold moulding on the rim."

וְעָשִׂ֨יתָ לּ֥וֹ מִסְגֶּ֛רֶת טֹ֖פַח סָבִ֑יב וְעָשִׂ֧יתָ זֵר־זָהָ֛ב לְמִסְגַּרְתּ֖וֹ סָבִֽיב׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'ashsi֣yta lּ֔o 'arebּa֖ tabּe'o֣t zaha֑b venatatּa֙ 'et-hatּabּa'o֔t 'a֚l 'arebּa֣ hapּe'o֔t 'ashshe֖r le'arebּa֥ ragelaֽyv׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Make four gold rings for the table and fasten them to the four corners, where the four legs are."

וְעָשִׂ֣יתָ לּ֔וֹ אַרְבַּ֖ע טַבְּעֹ֣ת זָהָ֑ב וְנָתַתָּ֙ אֶת־הַטַּבָּעֹ֔ת עַ֚ל אַרְבַּ֣ע הַפֵּאֹ֔ת אֲשֶׁ֖ר לְאַרְבַּ֥ע רַגְלָֽיו׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): le'umּat֙ hamּisegּe֔ret tּiheye֖yna hatּabּa'o֑t lebatּi֣ym lebadּi֔ym lashse֖'t 'et-hashshּulechaֽn׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"The rings are to be close to the rim to hold the poles used in carrying the table."

לְעֻמַּת֙ הַמִּסְגֶּ֔רֶת תִּהְיֶ֖יןָ הַטַּבָּעֹ֑ת לְבָתִּ֣ים לְבַדִּ֔ים לָשֵׂ֖את אֶת־הַשֻּׁלְחָֽן׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'ashsi֤yta 'et-habּadּiym֙ 'atze֣y shshitּi֔ym vetzipּiyta֥ 'ota֖m zaha֑b venishsּa'-ba֖m 'et-hashshּulechaֽn׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Make the poles of acacia wood, overlay them with gold and carry the table with them."

וְעָשִׂ֤יתָ אֶת־הַבַּדִּים֙ עֲצֵ֣י שִׁטִּ֔ים וְצִפִּיתָ֥ אֹתָ֖ם זָהָ֑ב וְנִשָּׂא־בָ֖ם אֶת־הַשֻּׁלְחָֽן׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'ashsi֨yta qּe'arota֜yv vekapּota֗yv uqeshsotayv֙ umenaqּiyּota֔yv 'ashshe֥r yusּa֖ke bּahe֑n zaha֥b tah֖or tּa'ashse֥h 'otaֽm׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"And make its plates and dishes of pure gold, as well as its pitchers and bowls for the pouring out of offerings."

וְעָשִׂ֨יתָ קְּעָרֹתָ֜יו וְכַפֹּתָ֗יו וּקְשׂוֹתָיו֙ וּמְנַקִּיֹּתָ֔יו אֲשֶׁ֥ר יֻסַּ֖ךְ בָּהֵ֑ן זָהָ֥ב טָה֖וֹר תַּעֲשֶׂ֥ה אֹתָֽם׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): venatatּa֧ 'aֽl-hashshּulecha֛n le֥chem pּani֖ym lepana֥y tּamiֽyd׃p

Edified Edition (EDE)"Put the bread of the Presence on this table to be before me at all times."

וְנָתַתָּ֧ עַֽל־הַשֻּׁלְחָ֛ן לֶ֥חֶם פָּנִ֖ים לְפָנַ֥י תָּמִֽיד׃פ

Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'ashsi֥yta menora֖t zaha֣b tah֑or miqeshsha֞h tּe'ashse֤h hamּenorah֙ yereka֣hּ veqana֔hּ gּebiy'e֛yha kּapetּore֥yha uperache֖yha mimּe֥nּah yiheyֽu׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Make a [6] (lampstand) of pure gold. Hammer out its base and shaft, and make its flowerlike cups, buds and blossoms of one piece with them."

וְעָשִׂ֥יתָ מְנֹרַ֖ת זָהָ֣ב טָה֑וֹר מִקְשָׁ֞ה תֵּעָשֶׂ֤ה הַמְּנוֹרָה֙ יְרֵכָ֣הּ וְקָנָ֔הּ גְּבִיעֶ֛יהָ כַּפְתֹּרֶ֥יהָ וּפְרָחֶ֖יהָ מִמֶּ֥נָּה יִהְיֽוּ׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): veshshishshּa֣h qani֔ym yotze'i֖ym mitzּidּe֑yha shsheloshsha֣h ׀ qene֣y menora֗h mitzּidּahּ֙ ha'echa֔d ushsheloshshah֙ qene֣y menora֔h mitzּidּa֖hּ hashshּeniֽy׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Six branches are to extend from the sides of the lampstand, three on one side and three on the other."

וְשִׁשָּׁ֣ה קָנִ֔ים יֹצְאִ֖ים מִצִּדֶּ֑יהָ שְׁלֹשָׁ֣ה ׀ קְנֵ֣י מְנֹרָ֗ה מִצִּדָּהּ֙ הָאֶחָ֔ד וּשְׁלֹשָׁה֙ קְנֵ֣י מְנֹרָ֔ה מִצִּדָּ֖הּ הַשֵּׁנִֽי׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): shsheloshsha֣h ge֠bi'iym meֽshshuqּadi֞ym bּaqּane֣h ha'echad֮ kּapetּo֣r vaperach֒ ushsheloshsha֣h gebi'i֗ym meshshuqּadi֛ym bּaqּane֥h ha'echa֖d kּapetּo֣r vapa֑rach kּe֚n leshshe֣shshet haqּani֔ym hayּotze'i֖ym min-hamּenoraֽh׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Three cups shaped like almond flowers with buds and blossoms are to be on one branch, three on the next branch, and the same for all six branches extending from the lampstand."

שְׁלֹשָׁ֣ה גְ֠בִעִים מְֽשֻׁקָּדִ֞ים בַּקָּנֶ֣ה הָאֶחָד֮ כַּפְתֹּ֣ר וָפֶרַח֒ וּשְׁלֹשָׁ֣ה גְבִעִ֗ים מְשֻׁקָּדִ֛ים בַּקָּנֶ֥ה הָאֶחָ֖ד כַּפְתֹּ֣ר וָפָ֑רַח כֵּ֚ן לְשֵׁ֣שֶׁת הַקָּנִ֔ים הַיֹּצְאִ֖ים מִן־הַמְּנֹרָֽה׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): ubamּenora֖h 'arebּa'a֣h gebi'i֑ym meshshuqּadi֔ym kּapetּore֖yha uperacheֽyha׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"And on the lampstand there are to be four cups shaped like almond flowers with buds and blossoms."

וּבַמְּנֹרָ֖ה אַרְבָּעָ֣ה גְבִעִ֑ים מְשֻׁקָּדִ֔ים כַּפְתֹּרֶ֖יהָ וּפְרָחֶֽיהָ׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): vekapetּo֡r tּachat֩ shshene֨y haqּani֜ym mimּe֗nּah vekapetּor֙ tּa֣chat shshene֤y haqּaniym֙ mimּe֔nּah vekapetּo֕r tּachat-shshene֥y haqּani֖ym mimּe֑nּah leshshe֨shshet֙ haqּani֔ym hayּotze'i֖ym min-hamּenoraֽh׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"One bud shall be under the first pair of branches extending from the lampstand, a second bud under the second pair, and a third bud under the third pair, six branches in all."

וְכַפְתֹּ֡ר תַּחַת֩ שְׁנֵ֨י הַקָּנִ֜ים מִמֶּ֗נָּה וְכַפְתֹּר֙ תַּ֣חַת שְׁנֵ֤י הַקָּנִים֙ מִמֶּ֔נָּה וְכַפְתֹּ֕ר תַּחַת־שְׁנֵ֥י הַקָּנִ֖ים מִמֶּ֑נָּה לְשֵׁ֨שֶׁת֙ הַקָּנִ֔ים הַיֹּצְאִ֖ים מִן־הַמְּנֹרָֽה׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): kּapetּoreyhe֥m uqenota֖m mimּe֣nּah yihey֑u kּulּa֛hּ miqeshsha֥h 'acha֖t zaha֥b tahֽor׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"The buds and branches shall all be of one piece with the lampstand, hammered out of pure gold."

כַּפְתֹּרֵיהֶ֥ם וּקְנֹתָ֖ם מִמֶּ֣נָּה יִהְי֑וּ כֻּלָּ֛הּ מִקְשָׁ֥ה אַחַ֖ת זָהָ֥ב טָהֽוֹר׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'ashsi֥yta 'et-nerote֖yha shshibe'a֑h veheֽ'elah֙ 'et-ne֣rote֔yha vehe'i֖yr 'al-'e֥ber pּaneֽyha׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Then make its seven lamps and set them up on it so that they light the space in front of it."

וְעָשִׂ֥יתָ אֶת־נֵרֹתֶ֖יהָ שִׁבְעָ֑ה וְהֶֽעֱלָה֙ אֶת־נֵ֣רֹתֶ֔יהָ וְהֵאִ֖יר עַל־עֵ֥בֶר פָּנֶֽיהָ׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): umaleqache֥yha umachetּote֖yha zaha֥b tahֽor׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Its wick trimmers and trays are to be of pure gold."

וּמַלְקָחֶ֥יהָ וּמַחְתֹּתֶ֖יהָ זָהָ֥ב טָהֽוֹר׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): kּikּa֛r zaha֥b tah֖or ya'ashse֣h 'ota֑hּ 'e֥t kּal-hakּeli֖ym ha'eֽlּeh׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"A talent of pure gold is to be used for the lampstand and all these accessories."

כִּכָּ֛ר זָהָ֥ב טָה֖וֹר יַעֲשֶׂ֣ה אֹתָ֑הּ אֵ֥ת כָּל־הַכֵּלִ֖ים הָאֵֽלֶּה׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): ure'e֖h va'ashse֑h bּeta֨beniyta֔m 'ashsher-'atּa֥h mare'e֖h bּahaֽr׃s

Edified Edition (EDE)"See that you make them according to the pattern shown you on the mountain."

וּרְאֵ֖ה וַעֲשֵׂ֑ה בְּתַ֨בְנִיתָ֔ם אֲשֶׁר־אַתָּ֥ה מָרְאֶ֖ה בָּהָֽר׃ס
