Chapter 26

Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'et-hamּishshekּa֥n tּa'ashse֖h 'e֣shser yeriy'o֑t shshe֣shsh mashsheza֗r uteke֤let ve'aregּaman֙ vetola֣'at shshani֔y kּerubi֛ym ma'ashse֥h choshshe֖b tּa'ashse֥h 'otaֽm׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Moreover, you shall make the [1] with ten [2] of finely twisted linen and blue, purple, and scarlet yarn, with [3] woven into them by a skilled worker."

וְאֶת־הַמִּשְׁכָּ֥ן תַּעֲשֶׂ֖ה עֶ֣שֶׂר יְרִיעֹ֑ת שֵׁ֣שׁ מָשְׁזָ֗ר וּתְכֵ֤לֶת וְאַרְגָּמָן֙ וְתֹלַ֣עַת שָׁנִ֔י כְּרֻבִ֛ים מַעֲשֵׂ֥ה חֹשֵׁ֖ב תַּעֲשֶׂ֥ה אֹתָֽם׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): o֣reke ׀ hayeriy'a֣h haֽ'acha֗t shshemone֤h ve'eshseriym֙ bּaֽ'amּa֔h vero֨chab֙ 'arebּa֣ bּa'amּa֔h hayeriy'a֖h ha'echa֑t midּa֥h 'acha֖t lekal-hayeriy'oֽt׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"All the curtains are to be the same size, twenty-eight cubits long and four cubits wide."

אֹ֣רֶךְ ׀ הַיְרִיעָ֣ה הָֽאַחַ֗ת שְׁמֹנֶ֤ה וְעֶשְׂרִים֙ בָּֽאַמָּ֔ה וְרֹ֨חַב֙ אַרְבַּ֣ע בָּאַמָּ֔ה הַיְרִיעָ֖ה הָאֶחָ֑ת מִדָּ֥ה אַחַ֖ת לְכָל־הַיְרִיעֹֽת׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): chame֣shsh hayeriy'o֗t tּiֽheye֨yna֙ choֽbero֔t 'ishshּa֖h 'el-'achota֑hּ vechame֤shsh yeriy'ot֙ choֽbero֔t 'ishshּa֖h 'el-'achotaֽhּ׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Join five of the curtains together, and do the same with the other five."

חֲמֵ֣שׁ הַיְרִיעֹ֗ת תִּֽהְיֶ֨יןָ֙ חֹֽבְרֹ֔ת אִשָּׁ֖ה אֶל־אֲחֹתָ֑הּ וְחָמֵ֤שׁ יְרִיעֹת֙ חֹֽבְרֹ֔ת אִשָּׁ֖ה אֶל־אֲחֹתָֽהּ׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'ashsi֜yta luֽle'o֣t tּeke֗let 'a֣l shsepa֤t hayeriy'ah֙ ha'echa֔t miqּatza֖h bּachoba֑ret veke֤n tּa'ashseh֙ bּishsepa֣t hayeriy'a֔h haqּi֣ytzona֔h bּamּachebּe֖ret hashshּeniֽyt׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Make loops of blue material along the edge of the end curtain in one set, and do the same with the end curtain in the other set."

וְעָשִׂ֜יתָ לֻֽלְאֹ֣ת תְּכֵ֗לֶת עַ֣ל שְׂפַ֤ת הַיְרִיעָה֙ הָאֶחָ֔ת מִקָּצָ֖ה בַּחֹבָ֑רֶת וְכֵ֤ן תַּעֲשֶׂה֙ בִּשְׂפַ֣ת הַיְרִיעָ֔ה הַקִּ֣יצוֹנָ֔ה בַּמַּחְבֶּ֖רֶת הַשֵּׁנִֽית׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): chamishshּi֣ym luֽla'o֗t tּa'ashseh֮ bּayeriy'a֣h ha'echat֒ vachamishshּi֣ym luֽla'o֗t tּa'ashseh֙ bּiqetze֣h hayeriy'a֔h 'ashshe֖r bּamּachebּe֣ret hashshּeni֑yt maqebּiylot֙ halּu֣la'o֔t 'ishshּa֖h 'el-'achotaֽhּ׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Make fifty loops on one curtain and fifty loops on the end curtain of the other set, with the loops opposite each other."

חֲמִשִּׁ֣ים לֻֽלָאֹ֗ת תַּעֲשֶׂה֮ בַּיְרִיעָ֣ה הָאֶחָת֒ וַחֲמִשִּׁ֣ים לֻֽלָאֹ֗ת תַּעֲשֶׂה֙ בִּקְצֵ֣ה הַיְרִיעָ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֖ר בַּמַּחְבֶּ֣רֶת הַשֵּׁנִ֑ית מַקְבִּילֹת֙ הַלֻּ֣לָאֹ֔ת אִשָּׁ֖ה אֶל־אֲחֹתָֽהּ׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'ashsi֕yta chamishshּi֖ym qarese֣y zaha֑b vechibּaretּa֨ 'et-hayeriy'o֜t 'ishshּa֤h 'el-'achotahּ֙ bּaqּerasi֔ym vehaya֥h hamּishshekּa֖n 'echaֽd׃p

Edified Edition (EDE)"Then make fifty gold clasps and use them to fasten the curtains together so that the tabernacle is a unit."

וְעָשִׂ֕יתָ חֲמִשִּׁ֖ים קַרְסֵ֣י זָהָ֑ב וְחִבַּרְתָּ֨ אֶת־הַיְרִיעֹ֜ת אִשָּׁ֤ה אֶל־אֲחֹתָהּ֙ בַּקְּרָסִ֔ים וְהָיָ֥ה הַמִּשְׁכָּ֖ן אֶחָֽד׃פ

Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'ashsi֨yta֙ yeriy'o֣t 'izּi֔ym le'o֖hel 'al-hamּishshekּa֑n 'ashshetּey-'eshsere֥h yeriy'o֖t tּa'ashse֥h 'otaֽm׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Make curtains of goat hair for the tent over the tabernacle, eleven altogether."

וְעָשִׂ֨יתָ֙ יְרִיעֹ֣ת עִזִּ֔ים לְאֹ֖הֶל עַל־הַמִּשְׁכָּ֑ן עַשְׁתֵּי־עֶשְׂרֵ֥ה יְרִיעֹ֖ת תַּעֲשֶׂ֥ה אֹתָֽם׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): o֣reke ׀ hayeriy'a֣h haֽ'acha֗t shsheloshshiym֙ bּaֽ'amּa֔h vero֨chab֙ 'arebּa֣ bּa'amּa֔h hayeriy'a֖h ha'echa֑t midּa֣h 'acha֔t le'ashshetּe֥y 'eshsere֖h yeriy'oֽt׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"All eleven curtains are to be the same size, thirty cubits long and four cubits wide."

אֹ֣רֶךְ ׀ הַיְרִיעָ֣ה הָֽאַחַ֗ת שְׁלֹשִׁים֙ בָּֽאַמָּ֔ה וְרֹ֨חַב֙ אַרְבַּ֣ע בָּאַמָּ֔ה הַיְרִיעָ֖ה הָאֶחָ֑ת מִדָּ֣ה אַחַ֔ת לְעַשְׁתֵּ֥י עֶשְׂרֵ֖ה יְרִיעֹֽת׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): vechibּaretּa֞ 'et-chame֤shsh hayeriy'ot֙ leba֔d ve'et-shshe֥shsh hayeriy'o֖t leba֑d vekapaletּa֙ 'et-hayeriy'a֣h hashshּishshּi֔yt 'el-m֖ul pּene֥y ha'oֽhel׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Join five of the curtains together into one set and the other six into another set. Fold the sixth curtain double at the front of the tent."

וְחִבַּרְתָּ֞ אֶת־חֲמֵ֤שׁ הַיְרִיעֹת֙ לְבָ֔ד וְאֶת־שֵׁ֥שׁ הַיְרִיעֹ֖ת לְבָ֑ד וְכָפַלְתָּ֙ אֶת־הַיְרִיעָ֣ה הַשִּׁשִּׁ֔ית אֶל־מ֖וּל פְּנֵ֥י הָאֹֽהֶל׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'ashsi֜yta chamishshּi֣ym luֽla'o֗t 'a֣l shsepa֤t hayeriy'ah֙ haֽ'echa֔t haqּiytzona֖h bּachoba֑ret vachamishshּi֣ym luֽla'o֗t 'a֚l shsepa֣t hayeriy'a֔h hachobe֖ret hashshּeniֽyt׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Make fifty loops along the edge of the end curtain in one set and also along the edge of the end curtain in the other set."

וְעָשִׂ֜יתָ חֲמִשִּׁ֣ים לֻֽלָאֹ֗ת עַ֣ל שְׂפַ֤ת הַיְרִיעָה֙ הָֽאֶחָ֔ת הַקִּיצֹנָ֖ה בַּחֹבָ֑רֶת וַחֲמִשִּׁ֣ים לֻֽלָאֹ֗ת עַ֚ל שְׂפַ֣ת הַיְרִיעָ֔ה הַחֹבֶ֖רֶת הַשֵּׁנִֽית׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'ashsi֛yta qarese֥y necho֖shshet chamishshּi֑ym vehebe'ta֤ 'et-haqּerasiym֙ bּalּu֣la'o֔t vechibּaretּa֥ 'et-ha'o֖hel vehaya֥h 'echaֽd׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Then make fifty bronze clasps and put them in the loops to fasten the tent together as a unit."

וְעָשִׂ֛יתָ קַרְסֵ֥י נְחֹ֖שֶׁת חֲמִשִּׁ֑ים וְהֵבֵאתָ֤ אֶת־הַקְּרָסִים֙ בַּלֻּ֣לָאֹ֔ת וְחִבַּרְתָּ֥ אֶת־הָאֹ֖הֶל וְהָיָ֥ה אֶחָֽד׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): vese֨rach֙ ha'ode֔p bּiyriy'o֖t ha'o֑hel chatzi֤y hayeriy'ah֙ ha'ode֔pet tּisera֕ch 'a֖l 'achore֥y hamּishshekּaֽn׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"As for the additional length of the tent curtains, the half curtain that is left over is to hang down at the rear of the tabernacle."

וְסֶ֨רַח֙ הָעֹדֵ֔ף בִּירִיעֹ֖ת הָאֹ֑הֶל חֲצִ֤י הַיְרִיעָה֙ הָעֹדֶ֔פֶת תִּסְרַ֕ח עַ֖ל אֲחֹרֵ֥י הַמִּשְׁכָּֽן׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): veha'amּa֨h mizּe֜h veha'amּa֤h mizּeh֙ bּa'ode֔p bּe'o֖reke yeriy'o֣t ha'o֑hel yiheye֨h sar֜ucha 'al-tzidּe֧y hamּishshekּa֛n mizּe֥h umizּe֖h lekasּotֽo׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"The tent curtains will be a cubit longer on both sides; what is left will hang over the sides of the tabernacle so as to cover it."

וְהָאַמָּ֨ה מִזֶּ֜ה וְהָאַמָּ֤ה מִזֶּה֙ בָּעֹדֵ֔ף בְּאֹ֖רֶךְ יְרִיעֹ֣ת הָאֹ֑הֶל יִהְיֶ֨ה סָר֜וּחַ עַל־צִדֵּ֧י הַמִּשְׁכָּ֛ן מִזֶּ֥ה וּמִזֶּ֖ה לְכַסֹּתֽוֹ׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'ashsi֤yta mikeseh֙ la'o֔hel 'oro֥t 'eyli֖m me'adּami֑ym umikese֛h 'oro֥t tּechashshi֖ym milemaֽ'elah׃p

Edified Edition (EDE)"Make for the tent a covering of ram skins dyed red, and over that a covering of [4]."

וְעָשִׂ֤יתָ מִכְסֶה֙ לָאֹ֔הֶל עֹרֹ֥ת אֵילִ֖ם מְאָדָּמִ֑ים וּמִכְסֵ֛ה עֹרֹ֥ת תְּחָשִׁ֖ים מִלְמָֽעְלָה׃פ

Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'ashsi֥yta 'et-haqּerashshi֖ym lamּishshekּa֑n 'atze֥y shshitּi֖ym 'omediֽym׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Make upright [5] of acacia wood for the tabernacle."

וְעָשִׂ֥יתָ אֶת־הַקְּרָשִׁ֖ים לַמִּשְׁכָּ֑ן עֲצֵ֥י שִׁטִּ֖ים עֹמְדִֽים׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): e֥shser 'amּ֖ot 'o֣reke haqּa֑reshsh ve'amּah֙ vachatzi֣y haֽ'amּa֔h ro֖chab haqּe֥reshsh ha'echaֽd׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Each frame is to be ten cubits long and a cubit and a half wide,"

עֶ֥שֶׂר אַמּ֖וֹת אֹ֣רֶךְ הַקָּ֑רֶשׁ וְאַמָּה֙ וַחֲצִ֣י הָֽאַמָּ֔ה רֹ֖חַב הַקֶּ֥רֶשׁ הָאֶחָֽד׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): shshetּe֣y yad֗ot laqּe֨reshsh֙ ha'echa֔d meshshulּabo֔t 'ishshּa֖h 'el-'achota֑hּ kּe֣n tּa'ashse֔h leko֖l qareshshe֥y hamּishshekּaֽn׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"with two projections set parallel to each other. Make all the frames of the tabernacle in this way."

שְׁתֵּ֣י יָד֗וֹת לַקֶּ֨רֶשׁ֙ הָאֶחָ֔ד מְשֻׁלָּבֹ֔ת אִשָּׁ֖ה אֶל־אֲחֹתָ֑הּ כֵּ֣ן תַּעֲשֶׂ֔ה לְכֹ֖ל קַרְשֵׁ֥י הַמִּשְׁכָּֽן׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'ashsi֥yta 'et-haqּerashshi֖ym lamּishshekּa֑n 'eshseri֣ym qe֔reshsh lipe'a֖t ne֥gebּah teymaֽnah׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Make twenty frames for the south side of the tabernacle"

וְעָשִׂ֥יתָ אֶת־הַקְּרָשִׁ֖ים לַמִּשְׁכָּ֑ן עֶשְׂרִ֣ים קֶ֔רֶשׁ לִפְאַ֖ת נֶ֥גְבָּה תֵימָֽנָה׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'arebּa'iym֙ 'adeney-ke֔sep tּa'ashse֕h tּa֖chat 'eshseri֣ym haqּa֑reshsh shshene֨y 'adani֜ym tּaֽchat-haqּe֤reshsh ha'echad֙ lishshetּe֣y yedota֔yv ushshene֧y 'adani֛ym tּaֽchat-haqּe֥reshsh ha'echa֖d lishshetּe֥y yedotaֽyv׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"and make forty silver [6] to go under them, two bases for each frame, one under each projection."

וְאַרְבָּעִים֙ אַדְנֵי־כֶ֔סֶף תַּעֲשֶׂ֕ה תַּ֖חַת עֶשְׂרִ֣ים הַקָּ֑רֶשׁ שְׁנֵ֨י אֲדָנִ֜ים תַּֽחַת־הַקֶּ֤רֶשׁ הָאֶחָד֙ לִשְׁתֵּ֣י יְדֹתָ֔יו וּשְׁנֵ֧י אֲדָנִ֛ים תַּֽחַת־הַקֶּ֥רֶשׁ הָאֶחָ֖ד לִשְׁתֵּ֥י יְדֹתָֽיו׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): uletze֧la hamּishshekּa֛n hashshּeni֖yt lipe'a֣t tzap֑on 'eshseri֖ym qaֽreshsh׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"For the other side, the north side of the tabernacle, make twenty frames"

וּלְצֶ֧לַע הַמִּשְׁכָּ֛ן הַשֵּׁנִ֖ית לִפְאַ֣ת צָפ֑וֹן עֶשְׂרִ֖ים קָֽרֶשׁ׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'arebּa'i֥ym 'adeneyhe֖m kּa֑sep shshene֣y 'adani֗ym tּa֚chat haqּe֣reshsh haֽ'echa֔d ushshene֣y 'adani֔ym tּa֖chat haqּe֥reshsh ha'echaֽd׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"and forty silver bases, two under each frame."

וְאַרְבָּעִ֥ים אַדְנֵיהֶ֖ם כָּ֑סֶף שְׁנֵ֣י אֲדָנִ֗ים תַּ֚חַת הַקֶּ֣רֶשׁ הָֽאֶחָ֔ד וּשְׁנֵ֣י אֲדָנִ֔ים תַּ֖חַת הַקֶּ֥רֶשׁ הָאֶחָֽד׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): uֽleyarekּete֥y hamּishshekּa֖n ya֑mּah tּa'ashse֖h shshishshּa֥h qerashshiֽym׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Make six frames for the far end, that is, the west end of the tabernacle,"

וּֽלְיַרְכְּתֵ֥י הַמִּשְׁכָּ֖ן יָ֑מָּה תַּעֲשֶׂ֖ה שִׁשָּׁ֥ה קְרָשִֽׁים׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): ushshene֤y qerashshiym֙ tּa'ashse֔h limequtze'o֖t hamּishshekּa֑n bּayּarekataֽyim׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"and make two frames for the corners at the far end."

וּשְׁנֵ֤י קְרָשִׁים֙ תַּעֲשֶׂ֔ה לִמְקֻצְעֹ֖ת הַמִּשְׁכָּ֑ן בַּיַּרְכָתָֽיִם׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): veyiֽhey֣u toֽ'amiym֮ milּematּah֒ veyachedּa֗v yihey֤u tamּiym֙ 'al-ro'shsh֔o 'el-hatּabּa֖'at ha'echa֑t kּe֚n yiheye֣h lishsheneyhe֔m lishshene֥y hamּiqetzo'o֖t yiheyֽu׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"At these two corners they must be double from the bottom all the way to the top and fitted into a single ring; both shall be like that."

וְיִֽהְי֣וּ תֹֽאֲמִים֮ מִלְּמַטָּה֒ וְיַחְדָּ֗ו יִהְי֤וּ תַמִּים֙ עַל־רֹאשׁ֔וֹ אֶל־הַטַּבַּ֖עַת הָאֶחָ֑ת כֵּ֚ן יִהְיֶ֣ה לִשְׁנֵיהֶ֔ם לִשְׁנֵ֥י הַמִּקְצֹעֹ֖ת יִהְיֽוּ׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): vehayu֙ shshemona֣h qerashshi֔ym ve'adeneyhe֣m kּe֔sep shshishshּa֥h 'ashsa֖r 'adani֑ym shshene֣y 'adani֗ym tּa֚chat haqּe֣reshsh ha'echa֔d ushshene֣y 'adani֔ym tּa֖chat haqּe֥reshsh ha'echaֽd׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"So there will be eight frames and sixteen silver bases, two under each frame."

וְהָיוּ֙ שְׁמֹנָ֣ה קְרָשִׁ֔ים וְאַדְנֵיהֶ֣ם כֶּ֔סֶף שִׁשָּׁ֥ה עָשָׂ֖ר אֲדָנִ֑ים שְׁנֵ֣י אֲדָנִ֗ים תַּ֚חַת הַקֶּ֣רֶשׁ הָאֶחָ֔ד וּשְׁנֵ֣י אֲדָנִ֔ים תַּ֖חַת הַקֶּ֥רֶשׁ הָאֶחָֽד׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'ashsi֥yta beriychi֖m 'atze֣y shshitּi֑ym chamishshּa֕h leqareshshe֥y tzeֽla'-hamּishshekּa֖n ha'echaֽd׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Also make crossbars of acacia wood: five for the frames on one side of the tabernacle,"

וְעָשִׂ֥יתָ בְרִיחִ֖ם עֲצֵ֣י שִׁטִּ֑ים חֲמִשָּׁ֕ה לְקַרְשֵׁ֥י צֶֽלַע־הַמִּשְׁכָּ֖ן הָאֶחָֽד׃

וַחֲמִשָּׁ֣ה בְרִיחִ֔ם לְקַרְשֵׁ֥י צֶֽלַע־הַמִּשְׁכָּ֖ן הַשֵּׁנִ֑ית וַחֲמִשָּׁ֣ה בְרִיחִ֗ם לְקַרְשֵׁי֙ צֶ֣לַע הַמִּשְׁכָּ֔ן לַיַּרְכָתַ֖יִם יָֽמָּה׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): vehabּeri֥ycha hatּiyko֖n bּet֣oke haqּerashshi֑ym maberi֕cha min-haqּatze֖h 'el-haqּatzeֽh׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"The centre crossbar is to extend from end to end at the middle of the frames."

וְהַבְּרִ֥יחַ הַתִּיכֹ֖ן בְּת֣וֹךְ הַקְּרָשִׁ֑ים מַבְרִ֕חַ מִן־הַקָּצֶ֖ה אֶל־הַקָּצֶֽה׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): veֽ'et-haqּerashshi֞ym tּetzapּe֣h zaha֗b ve'et-tabּe'oֽteyhem֙ tּa'ashse֣h zaha֔b bּatּi֖ym labּeriychi֑m vetzipּiyta֥ 'et-habּeriychi֖m zahaֽb׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Overlay the frames with gold and make gold rings to hold the crossbars. Also overlay the crossbars with gold."

וְֽאֶת־הַקְּרָשִׁ֞ים תְּצַפֶּ֣ה זָהָ֗ב וְאֶת־טַבְּעֹֽתֵיהֶם֙ תַּעֲשֶׂ֣ה זָהָ֔ב בָּתִּ֖ים לַבְּרִיחִ֑ם וְצִפִּיתָ֥ אֶת־הַבְּרִיחִ֖ם זָהָֽב׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): vahaqemota֖ 'et-hamּishshekּa֑n kּemi֨shshepּat֔o 'ashshe֥r hare'e֖yta bּahaֽr׃s

Edified Edition (EDE)"Set up the tabernacle according to the plan shown you on the mountain."

וַהֲקֵמֹתָ֖ אֶת־הַמִּשְׁכָּ֑ן כְּמִ֨שְׁפָּט֔וֹ אֲשֶׁ֥ר הָרְאֵ֖יתָ בָּהָֽר׃ס

Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'ashsi֣yta paro֗ket tּeke֧let ve'aregּama֛n vetola֥'at shshani֖y veshshe֣shsh mashsheza֑r ma'ashse֥h choshshe֛b ya'ashse֥h 'ota֖hּ kּerubiֽym׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Make a [7] of blue, purple, and scarlet yarn and finely twisted linen, with cherubim woven into it by a skilled worker."

וְעָשִׂ֣יתָ פָרֹ֗כֶת תְּכֵ֧לֶת וְאַרְגָּמָ֛ן וְתוֹלַ֥עַת שָׁנִ֖י וְשֵׁ֣שׁ מָשְׁזָ֑ר מַעֲשֵׂ֥ה חֹשֵׁ֛ב יַעֲשֶׂ֥ה אֹתָ֖הּ כְּרֻבִֽים׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): venatatּa֣h 'ota֗hּ 'al-'arebּa'ah֙ 'amּude֣y shshitּi֔ym metzupּi֣ym zaha֔b vaveyhe֖m zaha֑b 'al-'arebּa'a֖h 'adeney-kaֽsep׃

וְנָתַתָּ֣ה אֹתָ֗הּ עַל־אַרְבָּעָה֙ עַמּוּדֵ֣י שִׁטִּ֔ים מְצֻפִּ֣ים זָהָ֔ב וָוֵיהֶ֖ם זָהָ֑ב עַל־אַרְבָּעָ֖ה אַדְנֵי־כָֽסֶף׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): venatatּa֣h 'et-hapּaroket֮ tּa֣chat haqּerasiym֒ vehebe'ta֥ shsha֨mּah֙ mibּe֣yt lapּaro֔ket 'e֖t 'ar֣on ha'ed֑ut vehibedּiyla֤h hapּaro֨ket֙ lake֔m bּe֣yn haqּo֔deshsh ube֖yn qo֥deshsh haqּodashshiֽym׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Hang the veil from the clasps and place the Ark of the Testimony behind it. The veil will separate the Holy Place from the Most Holy Place."

וְנָתַתָּ֣ה אֶת־הַפָּרֹכֶת֮ תַּ֣חַת הַקְּרָסִים֒ וְהֵבֵאתָ֥ שָׁ֨מָּה֙ מִבֵּ֣ית לַפָּרֹ֔כֶת אֵ֖ת אֲר֣וֹן הָעֵד֑וּת וְהִבְדִּילָ֤ה הַפָּרֹ֨כֶת֙ לָכֶ֔ם בֵּ֣ין הַקֹּ֔דֶשׁ וּבֵ֖ין קֹ֥דֶשׁ הַקֳּדָשִֽׁים׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): venatatּa֙ 'et-hakּapּo֔ret 'a֖l 'ar֣on ha'edu֑t bּeqo֖deshsh haqּodashshiֽym׃

וְנָתַתָּ֙ אֶת־הַכַּפֹּ֔רֶת עַ֖ל אֲר֣וֹן הָעֵדֻ֑ת בְּקֹ֖דֶשׁ הַקֳּדָשִֽׁים׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): veshsametּa֤ 'et-hashshּulechan֙ mich֣utz lapּaro֔ket ve'et-hamּenorah֙ no֣kach hashshּulecha֔n 'a֛l tze֥la hamּishshekּa֖n tּeyma֑nah veha֨shshּulecha֔n tּitּe֖n 'al-tze֥la tzapֽon׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"Place the table outside the veil on the north side of the tabernacle and put the lampstand opposite it on the south side."

וְשַׂמְתָּ֤ אֶת־הַשֻּׁלְחָן֙ מִח֣וּץ לַפָּרֹ֔כֶת וְאֶת־הַמְּנֹרָה֙ נֹ֣כַח הַשֻּׁלְחָ֔ן עַ֛ל צֶ֥לַע הַמִּשְׁכָּ֖ן תֵּימָ֑נָה וְהַ֨שֻּׁלְחָ֔ן תִּתֵּ֖ן עַל־צֶ֥לַע צָפֽוֹן׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'ashsi֤yta masake֙ lepe֣tach ha'o֔hel tּeke֧let ve'aregּama֛n vetola֥'at shshani֖y veshshe֣shsh mashsheza֑r ma'ashse֖h roqeֽm׃

Edified Edition (EDE)"For the entrance to the tent, make a [8] of blue, purple, and scarlet yarn and finely twisted linen, the work of an embroiderer."

וְעָשִׂ֤יתָ מָסָךְ֙ לְפֶ֣תַח הָאֹ֔הֶל תְּכֵ֧לֶת וְאַרְגָּמָ֛ן וְתוֹלַ֥עַת שָׁנִ֖י וְשֵׁ֣שׁ מָשְׁזָ֑ר מַעֲשֵׂ֖ה רֹקֵֽם׃

Phonetic (Hebrew): ve'ashsi֣yta lamּasa֗ke chamishshּah֙ 'amּude֣y shshitּi֔ym vetzipּiyta֤ 'otam֙ zaha֔b vaveyhe֖m zaha֑b veyatzaqetּa֣ lahe֔m chamishshּa֖h 'adene֥y nechoֽshshet׃s
